” I grew up right here in the south east of Mauritius, on a sugar estate not far from La Case Bamboo. Playing hide and seek among the mango trees and coconut palms with my sisters, getting lost in the cane fields, and cooling off in the glassy waters of the blue lagoon, I fell in love with this part of the world early in my life. It’s home.

Our project
My Australian husband Joe and I took over La Case Bamboo apartments and villa, as well as Blue Bamboo restaurant and bar, so you can expect special treatment when you stay with us!
Your Superhost
But the real superstar and superhost is Carolyn, my mum!
Mum lives just at the back of the apartments and restaurant, and will be our guests’ point of contact from end to end.
